New Commit Josh Huff Shined in Saturday Win

Josh Huff, a 5-foot-10, 190-pound running back from Houston (TX) Nimitz, who committed to Minnesota Friday night, celebrated his announcement with three touchdowns in a 36-15 win over MacArthur Saturday. Huff, who plays quarterback for Nimitz, scored on a 17, 27 and 41-yard run and had two two-point conversions. Nimitz needs to beat Humble in the final game of the season to make the playoffs.

Josh Huff completed six of eleven passes for 88 yards and rushed 13 times for 128 yards and three scores in the win.

Huff has completed 51 of 112 passes (45.5%) for 841 yards with five touchdowns and three interceptions this season. He has rushed 134 times for 1,011 yards (7.5 yards per carry and ten touchdowns.
