While the QB classes in recent years has left a lot to be desired all over the country, 2014 may be a different story, and one of those helping the cause is Jeremy Jones. The signaler caller could be one of the top QBs in Texas for 2014 and is picking up a lot of interest early in the process.
"I don't have any offers yet, but I've been talking to Oklahoma, Baylor, Texas Tech, UTSA, and Houston, and I talked to Coach Scalley from Utah recently."

The dual-threat QB is still open to all schools, but is looking for a situation where he can come in and compete for playing time early.
"Basically just the school and whether or not they're interested in me is important. I don't have a problem with redshirting or anything, but I do want to have an opportunity to compete and play early in my career. I don't want to have to sit and wait until my senior year to get a chance to play."
With signing day 2014 still 21+ months away, Jones' recruitment will change drastically between now and then, but he'd love the opportunity to play with is brother, who is a 2013 recruit, and is receiving interest from much of the Big 12.
"It just depends on how things go and when offers start coming in. It also depends on where my brother goes. It would be nice for us to go to the same school, but that's not set in stone."
