Four-star prospect Jeremiah Poutasi gets 10th and 11th offers
Poutasi Looking Hard at the Utes
"I've got offers from all over and I just got offered by the Utes last week. I have a strong interest in Utah and was excited to get an offer from them. They're definitely one of my favorites."
Not ready to narrow down his list yet, Poutasi does know what he is looking for in a school.
"I'm looking for a school that has strong academics and a good football team. Those are the two most important things. I'm looking to major in entertainment or civic engineering."
While Poutasi hasn't spent a lot of time in the state, he does have family ties to other prospect Utah recruits.
"My second cousin Jason Fanaika plays for Utah State and his brother is Brandon Fanaika (the highly regarded offensive lineman out of Pleasant Grove, UT. If Brandon and I do get to play together, that would be great."
With those ties and the possibility of playing with family, it appears he'll be making at least one trek to Salt Lake City.
"I'd like to take an unofficial visit to Utah this summer, but my parents and I still need to decide if I can do that. I'm looking to take an official visit there in the fall, and then I'll make my decision right after my senior season."
